What you should know
- Summer heat and humidity in Vitória are the main risk; start conservatively and slow down if you stop sweating.
- Bibs and kits are normally collected at a pre-race expo, not on race morning — confirm the window before travelling.
- Arrive 60 minutes early to park, use the bag drop and line up in your pace corral.
- Drink at every aid station on the 10K rather than waiting until you feel thirsty.
- The course is flat road with closed lanes; follow marshals, keep right when walking and don't wear headphones loud.
