HYROX Youngstars is a race format for young athletes aged 8-15, held at ExCeL London (Royal Victoria Dock). It blends running with strength and coordination stations adapted from the adult HYROX event (SkiErg, sled push/pull, burpee broad jumps or frogger jumps, rowing, farmers carry, lunges, and wall balls/squats), run in a fun, grassroots, family-friendly atmosphere with age- and gender-specific divisions.
