T100 London Triathlon takes place at the ExCeL Centre in Royal Victoria Dock, London, featuring a spectator-friendly freshwater dock swim, a flat traffic-free bike leg through iconic London landmarks (including Big Ben, London Eye, Tower Bridge, and Tower of London for Olympic and 100km distances), and a fast, flat run course. What you should know
