What you should know

  • Seville is one of Europe's flattest marathons, so even pacing is your best tactic for a fast time.
  • Starts are often around 15°C but can warm up fast in the sun, so drink at most aid stations.
  • Check the official race guide for the time limit and road reopening times before you set your pace.
  • Bibs are usually collected at the pre-race expo, so check the dates and bring ID. Race-day pickup may not be offered.
  • Start and finish are near Paseo de las Delicias, so get to your corral early because nearby roads close.
